      1. Instructor selects Site Info
      2. Instructor selects "Manage Groups"
      3. Instructor clicks "Create New Group"
      4. Instructor chooses one or more participants, clicks the > arrow
      5. [screen displays those participants in the righthand Group Member List]
      6. Instructor clicks button "Add" at the bottom of the screen.
      7. Expected Behavior: A message with a green background appears at the top of the screen "You need to specify the group title"

      Description

      When creating a new group, adding members and clicking the Add Button without designating a title for the group, nothing tells the user what their mistake is. The user can click the "Add" button repeatedly but stays on that screen.

      In Sakai 19, a message at the top of the screen tells the user "You need to specify the group title"
