      1. Log in as user with role with permission to add event to calendar (ex: instructor)

      3. Select Add event tab

      Description

      We should standardize the date/time picker in the Calendar tool to match other tools. Currently user selects date, start time & duration separately. The end time is then autofilled based on start time & duration but user could use selector for end time to change it and then this would auto adjust the duration field. 

      Combining the Date & Start time into a single field using the same picker as other tools (ex: T/Q) and then having the user select a Duration should ** eliminate the need of having a selector field for end time. Perhaps we still show the end time but not as a selector; just text.
