[SAK-43349] Assignment: Select anonymous is missing when grading students using Sakai Grader - Sakai

Test Plan:
Hide

Activate Sakai Grader in Options tab on Assignments tool
Use the new Sakai Grader to grade assignments

Go to assignment tool

Click "Add"

Fill Title and Assignment Instructions

Check: Hide submitters' identities (e.g. for anonymous grading)

Check: Grade this assignment

Grade Scale: Points

Max Points: 10

Click Post

Click Grade

Click a student

Missing select. Only appears "Anonymous Grading" text.
It would be awesome adding a select with all the student anonymous ids. Ex: 22ffc4f0-7ebe-4e02-bcdb-63066a2ad936 anonymous
