      1. Go to Rubrics
      2. Click ADD RUBRIC button
      3. Click Save
      4. Go to Test & Quizzes
      5. Click Add tab
      6. Enter Assessment Title
      7. Click CREATE button
      8. select a question type -> short Answer/Essay
      9. Answer Point Value: 1
      10. Use the following rubric to grade this assignment
      11. Select the rubric (step 2)
      12. Check: Adjust individual student scores
      13. Fill Question Text
      14. Click SAVE
      15. Click Settings
      16. Click Grading and Feedback
      17. Select Feedback on submission
      18. Check Question-Level Feedback
      19. Click SAVE SETTINGS AND PUBLISH button
      20. Click PUBLISH
      21. Enter as student
      22. Go to Tests & Quizzes
      23. Click the assessment
      24. Click BEGIN ASSESSMENT button
      25. Click SUBMIT FOR GRADING button
      26. Click SUBMIT FOR GRADING button on the Assessment Submission Warning page
      27. Click Continue
      28. Enter as instructor
      29. Click submitted number
      30. Click student name
      31. Click Grading Rubric
      32. Enter a 3 for grading Criterion 1
      33. Click UPDATE button

      Warning should be on red color
