During password reset process, after user enters email address and selects Send password button, Sakai will display a message indicating it is attempting to send a password change to entered email address. See attached for current UI.
During Feb. 27, 2020 QA call, was discussed to update language string to include text about emails sent if account with entered email address is found/exists. For security purposes we don't want to have data validation displaying in UI if an account is found, but it should also be clear that you can't enter a random gibberish email and expect to receive a reset password email.
