Rubrics-Quiz: Console errors for ckeditor when adding comments to rubric

      With the browser console open:

      1. Create a rubric
      2. Create a quiz with at least 3 short answer questions, attaching the rubric to every question
      3. Have a student submit the quiz
      4. As the instructor, click on the submission
      5. On the Total Scores page, click on the student's name to open the entire quiz
      6. Grade each rubric, adding comments to each

      Look in the browser console - do you see any errors?

      Description

      I did not see this console error on 20x. This is similar to SAK-43520, but when grading the entire quiz, I'm still able to add a comment even with the console error which I could not when using the grader in assignments.
