Rubrics-Quiz: Grading quiz gave stacktrace and 409 console error

      I can't reproduce, but steps taken - Chrome browser console open:

      1. Create a rubric
      2. Create a quiz with some short answer questions
      3. Attach rubrics to all the questions - make them a mix of default and adjustable score rubrics
      4. Send the quiz to the gradebook
      5. Have several students take the quiz
      6. As the instructor, click on the quiz submissions
      7. Click on the first student's name to grade the entire quiz at once
      8. Add a comment to all rubric items
      9. Save the graded quiz

      Look in the browser console - do you see any errors?

      Look in the server logs - do you see any stacktraces?

      This console error and stacktrace happened on 4/7/2020 and I haven't been able to reproduce it. Not sure if it could be related to SAK-43521 (which I'm not seeing this evening either).

      What I did on 4/7/2020:

      • Created a rubric
      • Created a quiz with some short answer questions
      • Attached rubrics to all the questions
      • Sent the quiz to the gradebook
      • Several students took the quiz
      • As the instructor, I clicked on the quiz submissions
      • Then I clicked on the first student's name to grade the entire quiz at once
      • I added a comment to every rubric row 
      • I was able to successfully save the graded quiz 

      The console error that kept displaying for the comment textboxes (saving it as file from Chrome console stripped some characters when I opened it):
