Sakai Date Picker flatpickr should use confirmDate plugin

      1. Create an assignment
      2. user submits the assignment
      3. instructor grades submission using Sakai Grader
      4. click allow resubmission
      5. click the date to adjust date to experience the issue

      Description

      The Sakai Date Picker doesn't close after the date and time have been selected, a user needs to click somewhere else on the page to dismiss the popup.

      Adding the flatpickr confirmDate plugin will close the popover after selecting the date and pressing enter.

      Also moving the calendar popup to be auto positioned as it was placed off my screen when it was placed below.
