Create new group: Filter by membership disables the button to create a new group

You will need a new site with sections Add a few students manually Click on Site Info - > Manage Groups Click Create New Group Enter a title for the group name Filter by membership drop-down - select a section The Available Members box updates Select a few members to add to the group Click Add New Group - currently, this button is disabled and the group cannot be created Expected: the new group is successfully created
