Tests & Quizzes - Exceptions to Time Limit - Please add time validation

      1. Create a site
      2. Add Tests & Quizzes
      3. Add at least one student
      4. Create a test – even just a single question
      5. Go to Settings
      6. Set a standard time limit (e.g. 12:00 PM noon to 2:00 PM)
      7. Create an exception for the student
      8. "It is available" – Set the start date to today at 12:00 PM noon, 
      9. "It is due" – set the start date to today at 3:15 PM.
      10. Set a time limit of 4 hours 00 minutes
      11. "Late submissions accepted until" - set late to 3:30 PM (which is 3 hours and 30 min max)
      12. The system should WARN the instructor that they have not provided enough time and prevent the professor from clicking "Add an Exception"

      Description

      ISSUE:

      An instructor can accidentally set LESS time than the desired exception. There should be data validation to check that the difference between the start and end dates is not less than the desired exception.

      Yes, instructors should do their own math in their heads, but we need to help them as best as possible to avoid mistakes. When there are students that need accessibility accommodations, a simple date/time mistake can prevent the affordance of the extra time.
