Turnitin Instructor should be able to submit to a content review service on behalf of a student

Enable Turnitin Content Review (experimental has this enabled) Create an assignment with Plagiarism review As instructor use the submit on behalf of the student Check status in Assignments Grade view (should show pending but not submitted for review) Run the Content Review Queue Sync job Check status in Assignments Grade view (should show pending with content submitted) Run the Content Review Report job Check status in Assignments Grade view (should show score results of review) The student (if allowed) and instructor should be able to see the report Note you may need to run the job a few times, always good to tail the log to see the results.
