Add property to uncheck the new Sakai grader by default.

Add the property "assignment.usegraderbydefault=false" to your sakai properties restart Tomcat Create a site and add the assignments tool to it. Add a student user to the site Create a brand new maintain or instructor account in the site Login as that instructor and create an assignment, selecting it to be graded. Grade the assignment. You should see the Use new grader checkbox and it should be unchecked.
