When using the grader for grading an assignment and clicking to allow a resubmission, the date/time displayed by default is

"right now" (the old grading method puts it 8 days in the future by default)
date/time displayed shows the date/time from the db instead of the "friendly" date/time
using the calendar to change the date, and it still shows the "unfriendly" format
