Description
When the instructor grades a student submission, there are two buttons to click: "Save" and "Save and Release to Student." The distinction between these two buttons can be confused. The 20.0 version has "Save and Don't Release to Student" and "Save and Release to Student." I understand that these changes are due to the new UI for grading student submissions in 21.x so that there can be less text on the button, but I think those buttons in 20.0 version are more comprehensible than ones in 21.x.
I would suggest that we can add a checkbox parallel to "allow submission" that displays "Release to Student." Then there is no need to set two separate "save" button. If the instructor check the "Release to Student" and click "save" button, the graded submission will be both saved and released to the student. If not checked, the submission will only be saved.
