Typo: "Close Date" is Still Used in Instructions When Instructor Creates an Assignment

      Current Behavior: The instructions say: "Assignments cannot be submitted after the close date." However, there is no "close date" anymore.

      Expected Behavior: The instruction should say: "Assignments cannot be submitted after the accept until date."

      Description

      When an instructor creates an assignment, the instructor needs to fill in an "Accept Until Date." However, the instructions under "Accept Until Date" still display "Assignments cannot be submitted after the close date" though there is no "close date" anymore. It should be "Assignments cannot be submitted after the accept until date."

      This typo appears on 12.x, 19.4, 20.0, and 21.x server.
