      Description

data parameters that are supplied to a tool provider, during a content item selection should be returned as supplied. However, there will be times when this is impossible, for example JSON in a submit form field will have its double quotes escaped, in all likelihood. This will break our parsing on the Sakai side, so we need to unescape any returned data parameter.
