Description
Changing the value of the Layout radio buttons refreshes the page, changes the content below to reflect single or double column layout, and the keyboard focus moves to the top of the screen. Screen readers do not announce the page's content change. Keyboard-only and screen reader users must tab through the page again to get to changed content. Can some more detailed text be added before the Layout to notify the current page will change. [WCAG 2.0 3.2.2/4.1.2]
Also, it would be helpful if each table representing the current widgets could get a <caption> to represent which column a user is adding tools to.
