The same as described in SAK-33242 but using forward, reply and reply all.

      1. Create a site, add the "Messages" tool
      2. Create at least two accounts (e.g. one instructor, one student)
      3. Enroll both accounts in the site
      4. Go to "Messages"
      5. Go to Recieved messages and view a message.
      6. Click Reply
      7. Click "Add BCC"
      8. Add instructor into the BCC
      9. Enter a title
      10. Enter something in the body
      11. Click "Preview"
      12. Click "Back" (to be clear: the Back button in the Messages tool (two buttons are Send or Back), not the Back button in the web browser)

Repeat using Reply All and Forward.

The "BCC" line is wiped out – the user must re-enter the BCC names (or doesn't notice, sends the message, and no BCC is sent)
