Assignments/ console error when trying to save and release grade from new grader

      1. Create an assignment, making sure to check the box enabling emails on grade release.
      2. Go in to grade, select the New Grader option.
      3. Enter a grade and comment for a student.
      4. Press Save and Release

      Description

      After entering a grade and comment and pressing save and release to student, the following posts in the console and the grade does not release:
