Can't preview Rubrics in Assignments linked from Lessons

      Using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, have a site with Rubrics, Assignments and Lessons tools present.

      1. Create a rubric
      2. Create an assignment, open date = now or past, due date = future.
      3. Set the assignment to be graded using the rubric. Post the assignment. 
      4. In Lessons, select Add Content - Link to an Assignment.
      5. Select the assignment created above. Click Use Selected Item.
      6. Click on the link in Lessons to view the assignment.
      7. Click the Preview Rubric button

       Current Behavior: Nothing happens

       Expected Behavior: Rubric preview opens

      Description

      When you have an assignment using a rubric linked from Lessons, the Preview Rubric button does not work in Firefox or Chrome browsers (button doesn't appear at all in Edge).

      Rubric preview works fine when going through the Assignment tool
