T&Q: HotSpot Question - Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '1' of null - only the first one has the areas marked in the student feedback

      1. Create a Hot Spot quiz with multiple hot spot questions
      2. Under Settings > Grading and Feedback select Feedback on Submission
      3. Select all items under "Release Questions and the following:"
      4. Publish the quiz
      5. As a student, take the quiz marking areas for each question
      6. After submitting the quiz, click Feedback

      Expected:

      The student's selected areas should be visible in all images

      I created a quiz with 3 Hot Spot questions and the student answered all 3. Only the first image has the areas marked that the student selected.
