      Description

Instructors can utilize the baked-in Rubrics tool just about everywhere in Sakai now except the very dynamic and useful Student Content pages in Lessons. This is a place where students can put together pretty compelling multi-media content and essays, but yet it has no rubric allowance when you assign a grade, and a completely different, stripped-down rubric if you've enabled peer review.

I would expect the ability to add a rubric to this grading screen, and for the screen to look like the other tools do.

I would also expect the peer review rubric selection to be a Rubrics rubric instead of the simple one displayed here.
