    • Test Plan:
      1. In the Wiki tool, click the edit tab
      2. Verify hover text appears when cursor is over buttons, and hover text changes for different buttons

      Description

In the edit tab of Rwiki, there are buttons for adding links, images, and attachments. When you hover any of these buttons, no text shows. The images for each button are the only way the user has to figure out what each button does.

Since each of these buttons is very small, and low resolution, the user is forced to click each image to know what each button does.

This problem could be fixed in several ways: First, by combining all three buttons in one add attachment button, similar to other tools such as lessons.Second, by adding hover text for each button so the user can tell which button is which without clicking.

Regardless of which fix is implemented, it would also be good to add hover text, so that when the user hovers the cursor over the button, it shows text which says "Add attachment(s)"
