      Description

When an instructor is grading an assignment, they have two options for saving a grade: save, and save and release. When the instructor clicks one of these options, there is no change in the UI to indicate that the grading has saved.

This could be fixed either by refreshing the page when the instructor saves, which is a common behavior, or by adding a banner notification indicating the change has saved. Either way, there should be some indication the change has been made.

Currently, with no indication, an instructor might click the save and release button 4 or 5 times without being able to tell whether they actually released the grade. Students will then get 4-5 bullhorn notifications saying the assignment grade has been released, which is a fairly clunky way to handle this issue.
