      Description

In Sakai 19, the text in the headers of Gradebook categories identifying those categories and their percentages (when categories and weighting are used) was removed. Now, there is only a colored bar across the top of the items in the category and corresponding colored box in the category average column. This is insufficient for most users to identify the category groupings, especially for those who are visually-impaired or have cognitive or learning disabilities.

Color must not be the sole indicator of meaning.
