1.- Access PA system and Create Banner.
2.- Click the delete button at the right of the Start time or End time.
3.-Then click the calendar button or the Start time or End time field.
4.- Then click in any blanck place of the webpage.
5.-"error parsing the date/time string: missing number at position 0", appears on the browser console and "NaN/NaN/NaN aN:te am" in the fields.

Description
When using the create banner or edit banner datepicker in the PA system, a javascript error occurs which can be observed in the browser console. It happens when the content of the start_time and end_time fields is deleted and then the datepicker is opened again and a date is not selected, but is clicked anywhere else on the screen and the datepicker disappears. A NaN appears in the corresponding date field and an error appears in the console.
