    Description

If a minimum point value is entered for a single correct question, and then partial credit is enabled, the minimum point value textbox flashes red, the points are removed (which is expected), but the points are obviously being stored somewhere. When the student takes the quiz and incorrectly answers, the student receives the minimum points instead of the partial credit.
