Can't edit the course description in the course dashboard

      Add the dashboard tool to your site.

      In site info, delete any description for the course, the rich text description.

      In the dashboard, click the Edit Dashboard button

      You should now see the rich text editor appear.

      Can't edit the course description in the course dashboard. If there is no description for the site, then the editor in the course dashboard never shows.
