Assignment task should be marked completed on submission

Create an assignment. As a student user in the site, click on the dashboard in your home site. You should see a task in the Tasks widget, for that assignment. Now click on the -> arrow next to the task and then submit the assignment. Go back to your home site and the dashboard. The task should no longer be there. Now, click on the filter top left on the tasks widget. Select completed from the list. You should see the task appear.
