Set up a LTI tool with LTI 1.1. Use https://www.py4e.com/tsugi/lti/store/ / 12345 / secret - mark it as Content Item and "Tool Provides a Common Cartridge". Go into Lessons -> More Tools -> External Tool Import

Watch the developer console for errors. The UI works even with the error. With the fix - no error.

If you so an External Tool CC import in Sakai you see a JavaScript error where a non-existent function is called.
