Text boxes to write answers in Test & Quizzes should not allow copy/paste option

      Description

      It has been requested from one of our Instructors that Text boxes in Test & Quizzes should not allow data to be pasted from somewhere else. This allow students to copy data from external sources and paste in the Text box which does not fulfill the purpose of conducting timed quizzes.   This also help students in cheating from website rather than writing their own creative answers.
