      1.  Create two users with unique usernames, but the same first/last name

      2.  Add those users to a site

      3.  In Assignments, create an assignment

      4.  Select the Grade Report tab

      5.  Select download spreadsheet

      6.  Both users should be listed in the spreadsheet.

      Description

      If there are numerous students in the site with the same first/last name, one of those students records will be missing in the Assignments->Grade Report->Download spreadsheet report
