      1. Open Sakai in Google Chrome
      2. Download and enable the Google Chrome screen reader
      3. Create a new Forum
      4. Set dates under Availability - set close date prior to open date
      5. Save settings

    Description

      When creating a new Forum, set the close date to a time before the open date. This should prompt an alert.

      Using Google Chrome screen reader extension, I was not notified of the alert appearing. The alert was only read by the screen reader when specifically clicked on - use of the tab key skips over alert completely.

      SAK-41937 - Jira is not specifically for this issue, but issue was discovered when testing this Jira.
