I've noticed that the names and order of files in the GUI view of Resources is not the same as in the WebDAV view. This seems to occur when items are "duplicated" within the GUI. The GUI puts "Copy of" at the beginning of the document title (eg, Copy of Things to Read.doc) , but in WebDAV the title gets appended with a number (eg, Things to Read-1.doc)

A side effect of this is that since the documents are listed alphabetically by default in both the GUI and in WebDAV, the file listing appears in a different order. This can be problematic for the use case where a user looks for a file in WebDAV thinking the file name is "Copy of Things to Read.doc" and can't find the file because that file really is "Things to Read-1.doc).

See the attached screenshots for how the same files appear differently to the user in the GUI vs WebDAV view.
