      Description

      The 'built-in' WebDAV help is currently some dynamically generated text and an included static html file in an iframe (library/src/webapp/content/webdav_instructions.html). This has 2 problems:

      • Cannot be dynamically localized for different languages
      • Sites need to be able to easily customize for example the service name (local name rather than Sakai), and phrases like 'username' and 'password' (see SAK-7083 for some background)

      Therefore instead of just pulling in a static HTML page, the Resources tool needs to use either a templating approach which allows dynamic substitution of variables, or some sort of XML > XSLT approach.

      From SAK-5428: The web dav instructions are a html file in our /libaray static document area. This is shown from the resources tool. The references to "Sakai" should really be replaced dynamically with the configuration service name:
      ui.institution=Sakai Using Institution
      or
      ui.service=Sakai Based Service (probably ui.service)
