      Description

In some assessments which are provided to students via the assessment direct URL, in a few cases T&Q has incorrectly recorded the assessment as anonmyous (e.g. AGENTID in SAM_ASSESSMENTGRADING_T is something like anonymous_1352375712754 instead of the student's userid). The student is logged in correctly, because the sam.assessment.take.via_url event is recorded in the SAKAI_EVENT table associated with the student's session, e.g.:

      2012-11-08 14:02:16 sam.assessment.take.via_url siteId=null, publishedAssessmentId25972, agentId=anonymous_1352375712754, elapsed=0, remaining=7200 64f3cd91-5ba4-43a4-bc95-8040294bdca4 m 216466083 ptrash005 12a5638b-8b43-4178-9f25-f139df9655ba

(the above is from a session archive table with a slightly different structure to SAKAI_EVENT).

This has occurred in 3 or 4 cases out of many online exams recently (most with several hundred students, where the behaviour for all the other students is correct).

The effect of this is that the student submission is "lost" i.e. does not appear under the student's name in the results list.

It can be worked aruond by a manual update to the SAM_ASSESSMENTGRADING_T table.
