      Description

      We get a fair number of students claiming that Sakai has lost their test results. In many cases I believe the reports are incorrect. But we think we can significantly improve the situation if we periodically save what the user has done so far. This is particularly important for long tests with questions on a single page. Students like this format, but it's only safe with auto-save.

      Note that this code is set to save every 5 sec. That's appropriate for testing, but you'll want to do it less often in production.

      This is the setting in sakai.properties to control the time:

      1. auto save configuration
        samigo.autoSave.repeat.milliseconds=900000

      Please note the screen shots come from Stanford instance. The words "Assignment" should all be "Assessment".

      This feature is contributed by Charles from Rutgers.
